Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from when you receive your order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Here are some key points regarding our return policy:

  • A 3% restocking fee and a return label cost based on your location will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Ensure that returned items are unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Please fold the clothes carefully to prevent any damage. We reserve the right to reject returns of items showing signs of wear, such as stains, holes, detergent scents, loose threads, or ironing marks.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, excluding non-refundable shipping costs.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size/colour or for a completely new item. Provided the product to be exchanged for is of same price or lesser.
  • Return and exchange shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. You can use your own trackable shipping method for returns or opt for a provided return label (for US and Canada orders only) with costs deducted from the refund.
  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
  • Please contact us before your order is fulfilled if you need to cancel. A 3% cancellation fee applies once an order is processed.
